Gabriela Rivera was the Senior Manager of R&D Partnerships for the EF+Math Program and served on the EF+Math Executive Team from 2020–2026.
Since joining EF+Math in 2020, Rivera has played a central role in strengthening the program’s research and development (R&D) portfolio—managing relationships with funded teams, guiding sustainability and scale efforts, and supporting prototype development and evaluation. Rivera has also led initiatives in program management, strategic communications, and synthesis of learnings, helping translate research and program learnings into actionable insights.
Prior to joining EF+Math, Rivera earned her A.B. in anthropology from Princeton University, with certificates in global health and health policy and Latin American studies. Her earlier work focused on community-based responses to natural disasters, refugee resettlement, and adult education.
